This isn't going to be a very long post today, I rather want to spark an interest of thought about you and your life and how you want to be remembered after you depart from this earth.
This topic has been a theme of thought for me since the death of my yoga teacher (Guru Jagat) back in August. She certainly was SUCH a beacon of light, she gave her all to each and everyone she encountered and she made learning kundalini yoga so much fun.(If you are new to the style of kundalini yoga I would definitely dive a little deeper and learn some basics because it will save your mind and spirit in so many ways-reach out to me at email@example.com and I will be sure to tell you about some of my favorite quick and easy morning go -to's that will be a great way to start)
With my teachers death, I have thought tirelessly the ways that I want to be remembered and the legacy that I want to leave behind after my time has come full course here on earth. I want to be remembered for the girl that walked her talk and always, always looked for ways to level up her own life to consciously and intentionally be a better human being. The girl that strived to continuously elevate her mind, body and spirit with all things good and healthy and that loved to uplift + inspire others to do the same and a positive influencer for her community of friends, family and just whoever showed up on her path in need of a healthy boost of love and good vibes in life.
We get one short walk of life here on earth, how do you want to live, love and be remembered? If you haven't really given it any thought to date, maybe now with the way things have shifted since Covid and all of the collective emotions of anger, hate, rage and fear now would be a very ideal time to tap into what and how you want to be remembered for and begin putting it into action.
As Mahatma Ghandi said so perfectly 'Be The Change You Wish To See In This World'
